Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting activities including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Bank Reconciliation
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Design, configure, and maintain Chart of Accounts (CoA) structures and account hierarchies within ERP systems
- Configure accounting modules, cost centers, projects, branches, tax settings, and financial reporting structures
- Support ERP implementation, data migration, testing, and system enhancement projects
- Ensure compliance with Saudi accounting standards, VAT regulations, ZATCA requirements, and company financial policies
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audits, and financial analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in ERP based environments
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, IFRS, financial reporting, and ERP accounting processes
- Proven experience in configuring Chart of Accounts and financial structures for industries such as Retail, Restaurants & F&B, Construction, and Manufacturing
- Experience integrating ERP modules (Procurement, Inventory, Sales, HR, etc.) with Finance and Accounting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
