Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Accountant to join the finance team.
The role manages financial operations, supports compliance, and contributes to business growth.
Work Arrangement
- Work is performed in person.
- The role is full-time.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and statements.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenues to ensure financial stability.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and relevant laws.
- Coordinate with external auditors, suppliers, and management.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- At least two years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards.
