About the Role
AB Developer OAM is looking for an Accountant with experience in Owner Association Management in Dubai. The role involves managing financial operations for multiple Owners Associations, ensuring RERA compliance, and preparing financial reports.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records for multiple Owners Associations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and service charge collections
- Monitor owner accounts and follow up on outstanding service charges
- Perform bank reconciliations, petty cash reconciliations, and general ledger reconciliations
- Assist in preparing annual service charge budgets and financial forecasts
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, OA financial frameworks, and company policies
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters
- Generate financial reports and owner statements using AWARE Scan and NoBroker systems
- Support month end and year end closing activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Owner Association Management (OAM) or Community Management accounting in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of Owners Association accounting, service charge budgeting, and financial reporting
- Good understanding of RERA regulations and Owners Association financial requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple communities simultaneously
- Good communication skills in English
