Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
- Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and payments
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and prepare VAT returns
- Work on Odoo CRM for tracking customer transactions, invoices, and sales related financial data
- Coordinate between CRM, Sales, and Accounting modules within Odoo
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
- Maintain proper filing system (digital and physical)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred)
- Hands on experience with Odoo CRM and Accounting modules is a MUST
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Job Overview
- We are looking for a detail oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, supporting daily accounting operations, and working closely with our ERP system, with a strong emphasis on Odoo CRM and Accounting modules.
