Responsibilities
- Review supplier invoices, verify supporting documents, purchase orders, delivery notes, payment certificates, and ensure accuracy and compliance of accounting records before processing payments.
- Manage General Ledger, Journal Entries, Chart of Accounts, Trial Balance, Bank Reconciliations, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Month End and Year End Closing.
- Prepare and analyze Financial Statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and management reports.
- Handle project accounting, job costing, subcontractor accounting, retention accounting, cost control, and construction financial management.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, including at least 5 years in the UAE
- Proven hands on experience in the Construction/Contracting industry
- Excellent knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and all applicable UAE financial regulations
- Strong practical experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, and ERP accounting systems
- Solid experience in project accounting, job costing, subcontractor accounting, retention accounting, cost control, and construction financial management
- Thorough knowledge of General Ledger, Journal Entries, Chart of Accounts, Trial Balance, Bank Reconciliations, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Month End and Year End Closing
- Strong ability to prepare and analyze Financial Statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement

Urgent Hiring Immediate Joining – Senior Accountant (Construction Industry)
- Location: UAE
- Osiris Contracting L.L.C. is looking to hire a highly qualified Senior Accountant to join our team immediately.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, including at least 5 years in the UAE.
- Proven hands on experience in the Construction/Contracting industry is mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and all applicable UAE financial regulations.
- Strong practical experience with modern accounting software, including Zoho Books, QuickBooks, and ERP accounting systems.
