As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant & Data Entry Executive to join our finance team.
Position Overview
The Accountant & Data Entry Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounting transactions, and ensuring timely and error-free data entry across financial and operational systems.
The ideal candidate will combine strong accounting knowledge with exceptional attention to detail and data management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
- Perform data entry for invoices, purchase orders, sales records, inventory transactions, and other business documents.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer accounts.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies for correction.
- Assist in VAT compliance, tax documentation, and audit preparation.
- Generate periodic financial and operational reports for management review.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial and administrative records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate recordkeeping and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of UAE accounting experience.
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or packaging industries is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, VAT regulations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of UAE experience is mandatory.
- Arabic nationality preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
