We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Financial Analyst / Accountant to join our growing investment holding company in the UAE.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of investments, with direct exposure to senior leadership, gaining hands-on experience in strategic finance, portfolio management, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company books and financial records
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Support investment analysis and strategic decision-making
- Work closely with the CEO and Senior Investment Analyst on financial insights and special projects
- Liaise with stakeholders including auditors, banks, and portfolio companies
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships across stakeholders
- Provide a “helicopter view” of financial performance across the group
- Identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and cost optimisation
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- UAE experience and understanding of local work culture preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
