Position Overview
- We are looking for an Accountant candidate with a strong foundation in accounting principles and hands on experience with QuickBooks. He or She should have their own valid Residency Visa. We are looking for some to work temporarily for 4 months starting July.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up to date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial statements, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- Process and record financial transactions using QuickBooks software.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial controls.
- Coordinate and support external audits by providing necessary financial documentation, answering auditor inquiries, and implementing audit recommendations to improve internal controls and processes.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement, and provide actionable insights to management.
Qualifications
- Own Valid Residency Visa (Freelance/Spouse)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in using QuickBooks for day to day financial operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation
- Pay: AED3,000.00 AED4,000.00 per month
