Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts and manage the full accounting cycle for assigned clients
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Perform journal entries, general ledger management, and reconciliations
- Ensure all financial data and reports are accurately recorded and properly maintained
- Coordinate with clients for monthly reporting and approvals
- Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations
- Manage VAT refund applications and supporting documentation
- Maintain proper VAT records and submission acknowledgements
- Regularly monitor the FTA portal and identify any required updates or amendments
- Coordinate internally for invoice generation post VAT submission
- Liaise with clients to collect financial data and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Maintain books of accounts and manage the full accounting cycle for assigned clients.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform journal entries, general ledger management, and reconciliations.
- Ensure all financial data and reports are accurately recorded and properly maintained.
- Coordinate with clients for monthly reporting and approvals.
VAT Compliance
