Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, payment processing, collections follow up, and vendor/customer account maintenance
- Prepare and manage invoices, ensuring accurate recording of transactions
- Maintain accurate accounting records through journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and bank reconciliations
- Monitor and record financial transactions related to HR Management Services, Travel Services, and Food Industry operations
- Support month end and year end closing activities
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, HR, and other departments to support financial processes and resolve accounting related issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal financial controls
Requirements

Overview
