About the Role

Responsibilities
- Record daily accounting transactions in QuickBooks, Zoho, Xero, Tally, or similar software
- Handle sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and cash flow summaries
- Support VAT return preparation and ensure proper input/output VAT records
- Maintain proper documentation for corporate tax, audit, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with clients for invoices, bank statements, bills, payroll, and missing documents
- Assist in payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and supplier/customer reconciliations
- Report pending issues, missing records, and accounting observations to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- UAE accounting experience is preferred
- Knowledge of VAT and corporate tax basics is an advantage
- Experience with QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero, Tally, or Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and professional client handling
- ACCA, CA, CMA, CPA, or relevant certification/part qualification is a plus
