Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and audit clients' books of accounts and financial documents
- Verify accounting records and ensure financial data is accurate before ERP implementation
- Prepare and organize ERP migration ready accounting documents and master data
- Generate, review, and validate financial reports including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, General Ledger, Cash Flow, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Bank Reconciliation
- Assist with data migration from existing accounting software into the ERP system
- Perform account reconciliations and financial data validation
- Support clients during finance module implementation and provide functional guidance
- Assist clients with VAT, Corporate Tax, Chart of Accounts, and accounting configurations
- Work closely with the implementation and development teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience
- Maintain proper documentation throughout the implementation process
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices, VAT, Corporate Tax, financial reporting, and auditing
- Hands on experience with Tally is mandatory
- Experience using Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Odoo, SAP, or other accounting software is highly preferred
