Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated **Accountant** with 3–4 years of professional experience to join our finance team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
- Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting documentation
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Monitor expenses and analyze variances
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial transactions
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–4 years of proven accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software’s
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
