- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, cash flow, and financial reports
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Track project costs, expenses, supplier payments, and client collections
- Prepare invoices, payment follow ups, and account statements
- Manage petty cash, bank reconciliation, and daily transactions
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents
- Provide management with clear financial reports and outstanding payment updates
Requirements
- Experience in accounting, preferably in construction, interior fit out, or contracting
- Strong knowledge of P&L, receivables, payables, and project based accounting
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Good communication and reporting skills

Job Overview
