About the Role
Shella Beauty Salon is looking for an Accountant with PRO experience to handle financial records, accounts payable/receivable, and government documentation in Doha. - Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
- Monitor daily cash flow and expenses
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with Qatar financial regulations
- Process and renew company licenses, trade licenses, and other government documents
- Handle visa applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations
- Coordinate with relevant Qatar government ministries and departments
- Process employee residency permits (QID), health cards, and labor related documentation
- Keep track of document expiry dates and ensure timely renewals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in accounting
- Knowledge and experience in PRO procedures and government transactions in Qatar
- Familiarity with Qatar labor laws and immigration procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Position Overview
- Position: Accountant cum PRO Support

- We are looking for a dedicated, detail oriented, and reliable Accountant with knowledge and experience in PRO (Public Relations Officer) work to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting Duties: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor daily cash flow and expenses.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar financial regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors when required.
- PRO Duties: Process and renew company licenses, trade licenses, and other government related documents.
- Handle visa applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with relevant Qatar government ministries and departments.
- Process employee residency permits (QID), health cards, and labor related documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in accounting.
- Knowledge and experience in PRO procedures and government transactions in Qatar.
- Familiarity with Qatar labor laws and immigration procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred but not mandatory).
- Transferable visa with NOC is an advantage.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
