About the Role
Beauty Bridge Event seeks a Senior Accountant with HR/Payroll experience and expertise in UAE HR policies, payroll management, and financial accounting. The role requires proficiency in TallyPrime software and knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax.

Responsibilities
- Handle day to day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and submit VAT and Corporate Tax filings in compliance with UAE regulations
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely financial reporting
- Assist in payroll processing, WPS compliance, and other HR related accounting tasks
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR policies, including leave management, employee benefits, and contract preparation
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee records management, and visa processing coordination
- Address staff queries regarding their salary, providing clear explanations of salary calculations and deductions
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and government authorities as required
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and labor laws
- Proficiency in TallyPrime software
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in English
