Accountant cum Administrator

Salary: AED 3,000 per month (All Inclusive) – Negotiable based on experience and knowledge

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Accountant Cum Admin (Male) to manage the company’s day-to-day accounting activities along with general office administration and documentation.

The ideal candidate should be organized, trustworthy, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities independently.

• Handle complete accounting using Tally Prime
• Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries
• Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery notes
• Perform bank reconciliation and petty cash management
• Maintain customer and supplier ledgers
• Follow up on customer receivables and supplier payments
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with year-end closing
• Maintain VAT and other statutory records as required

• Maintain office files, records, and documentation
• Organize and manage company paperwork
• Handle email correspondence and general office communication
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and service providers
• Assist with office purchasing and inventory records
• Support management with administrative tasks and reporting

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting and Administration
• Fluent in Tally Prime (Mandatory)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

• Male candidate with Proficient in English / Hindi / Urdu must.
• Experience in a trading company will be an advantage
• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary: AED 3,000 (All Inclusive), negotiable depending on experience and knowledge.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
