Overview

  • Zircon Design seeks a detail oriented Accountant cum Admin Officer for exhibitions and interiors industry.

Key Responsibilities Accounts & Finance

  • Maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers.
  • Record daily financial transactions, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
  • Prepare supplier payments and monitor accounts payable and receivable.
  • Generate invoices, payment follow ups, and customer statements.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
  • Process payroll and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE accounting regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents.

Key Responsibilities Administration

  • Manage office administration and day to day operations.
  • Handle employee attendance, leave records, and personnel files.
  • Coordinate visa renewals, trade license renewals, insurance, and company documentation.
  • Liaise with government departments, banks, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate procurement of administrative items.
  • Prepare letters, reports, and official correspondence.
  • Organize company records and maintain document control.
  • Support management with operational and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 4 years of accounting and administration experience in the UAE.
  • Experience in interior fit out, construction, or exhibitions industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE financial practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Pay

  • AED 4,000 AED 5,000 per month.

Work Location

  • In person.
