Job Description
HMS Fat Freezing Slimming Therapy Center is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive **Accountant cum Admin Support** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting functions, providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, assisting with HR documentation, overseeing inventory, and supporting basic digital marketing reporting to ensure the smooth operation of the center.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare expense reports and maintain supporting financial documentation.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain petty cash records and ensure accurate reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and other accounting documentation.
- Maintain employee records, including sick leave, annual leave, and other HR-related documentation as required.
- Organize and maintain accounting, administrative, and company files.
- Handle office correspondence, emails, phone calls, and general documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor office supplies and support day-to-day administrative activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory updates.
- Prepare and submit weekly Meta Ads performance reports for management.
- Maintain and update customer transfer service forms, including changes to customer services and related records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain the confidentiality of financial and business information.
- Provide administrative and operational support to management as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and administrative support.
- Experience with digital marketing, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and the ability to prepare basic campaign performance reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a slimming center, beauty clinic, wellness center, or healthcare industry is an advantage.
