Making Sales order and Invoices for customer orders received through Sales staff.
Dispatching and coordinating with the logistics team.
filing of documentations.
Contacting clients for receivables and recoveries.
Arranging Staff payroll.
Coordinating with Suppliers, issue purchase order, arranging required documents.
Preparing and submitting customs and clearance documents.
Registering products with relevant authorities.
Assisting the CEO in daily operations and any other requirements.
Handling various sales channels , offline and online.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
