About the Role
Structure Advanced Building Contracting is seeking an Accountant with contracting experience to manage full-cycle accounting, job costing, and project budgets for construction projects.

Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle accounting including AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Oversee job costing and track project budgets, costs, and profitability for multiple construction projects
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Process billing and manage subcontractor payments and lien waivers
- Monitor and manage WIP schedules and over/under billing reports
- Assist with payroll processing including certified payroll for prevailing wage projects
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, construction contracts, and internal controls
- Collaborate with project managers to forecast costs and track change orders
- Support year end audits and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors
- Maintain and improve accounting procedures specific to construction operations

- Knowledge of full cycle accounting and financial reporting
