AQUA DYNAMIC ELECTROMECHANICAL seeks an Accountant with 3+ years of UAE accounting experience in construction or contracting. The role involves cost control, project accounting, AR/AP, VAT returns, and financial reporting using Zoho and MS Excel.

Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting operations
- Manage AR/AP, invoicing, collections, and payments
- Follow up on purchases, supplier invoices, and payment status
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit requirements
- Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Coordinate with management on financial planning and financial control
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE (mandatory)
- Experience in a construction or contracting company
- Knowledge of cost control, project accounting, and job costing
- Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Ability to prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
- Good knowledge of UAE VAT laws, filing, and compliance
- Proficient in Zoho and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
