About the Role
Hab AlHaseed is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support financial operations at their bakery in Doha. Responsibilities include processing invoices, reconciling sales, and using Odoo ERP.

Responsibilities
- Record and process sales, customer invoices, and supplier invoices in Odoo ERP
- Monitor accounts payable and ensure suppliers are paid on time
- Track accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding customer invoices
- Reconcile daily sales and assist with cash register closing procedures
- Count and verify cash collections and prepare daily cash reports
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation
- Assist in preparing basic financial and management reports
- Monitor cash balances and provide updates to management
- Support inventory and sales reporting as required
- Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Experience using ERP systems; Odoo experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- 1–3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience preferred

Job Overview
