Beu Bella Cosmetics distributes professional hair care products to salons, retailers, and beauty professionals in the UAE.
The Junior Accountant will support daily accounting tasks, financial records, invoices, payment monitoring, and transaction accuracy.
Accounting and Bookkeeping
- Record daily sales, purchase, and expense transactions.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Invoicing and Payments
- Issue sales invoices to salons, retailers, and distributors.
- Follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances.
- Process supplier invoices and payments.
- Prepare payment vouchers and receipts.
Inventory and Cost Control
- Coordinate with the warehouse for stock reconciliation.
- Track inventory costs and margins.
- Support periodic stock audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of accounting experience; distribution or trading company experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Odoo accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of UAE VAT regulations.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–AED 8,000 per month.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person in Dubai, UAE.
