About the Role
Azure Consultants DMCC seeks an Accountant and Office Manager with Tagalog knowledge to prepare financial statements, ensure tax compliance, manage cash flow, and oversee office administration.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and close monthly management reports and annual financial statements on timely and accurate basis
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties such as external auditors, banks, suppliers and customers
- Ensure compliance with all financial and tax filing requirements
- Monitor and ensure availability of funds for cash flow requirements
- Manage and review work of junior staff
- Manage all office admin and various projects
Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant or equivalent or part qualified with experience
- Minimum 2 years of taxation, audit, finance and accounting work experience
- Fully versed with International Accounting Standards
- Good knowledge of UAE VAT requirements and filing; UK taxation and dealing with HMRC
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and accounting software
- Able to analyze financial records, bank statements, contracts
- Can prepare financial reports for taxes, regulatory agencies and other ad hoc requirements
- Keen on details and can work independently with less supervision on simultaneous engagements
- Strong interpersonal, communication (written and oral) and motivational skills
- Able to handle and review work of junior accountant
- Knowledge of Tagalog
