About the Role
BENNELLIN INFORMATICS is seeking an Accountant & Administrator to manage bookkeeping, payroll, financial reporting, and office administration. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in a dual finance and admin role, proficiency in accounting software and Advanced Excel, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage day to day transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, credit cards, and petty cash
- Assist in processing payroll and employee expense claims
- Prepare and analyze financial reports like balance sheets, cash flow, and profit & loss statements
- Maintain tax forms and assist with internal or external audits
- Handle office correspondence and greet visitors
- Manage calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel or accommodation logistics
- Monitor and order office supplies, tracking inventory levels
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files
- Coordinate with external suppliers regarding billing discrepancies and service agreements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 1–3 years of proven experience in a dual administrative and finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Advanced Excel

- Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, credit cards, and petty cash.
- Payroll: Assist in processing payroll and employee expense claims.
