About the Role
Nova Vision Real Estate seeks an Accountant in Abu Dhabi to manage financial transactions, accounts payable/receivable, VAT returns, and support payroll and HR tasks. Candidates need a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of accounting experience, QuickBooks proficiency, and knowledge of UAE financial regulations.

Responsibilities
- Manage all company financial transactions and accounting records
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Monitor and manage petty cash and daily expense tracking
- Prepare invoices, payments, and assist with budget management
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies
- Prepare and submit VAT returns and ensure compliance with Federal Tax Authority (FTA) requirements
- Support payroll processing and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Assist with basic HR responsibilities, including employee records, leave tracking, and administrative documentation
- Coordinate with management on financial planning, budgeting, and reporting requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, UAE financial regulations, and FTA VAT filing procedures
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (required), Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and accounting software
- Experience in preparing and filing VAT returns with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA)
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
