Responsibilities
- Review and process supplier invoices for payment approval
- Reconcile supplier statements on a monthly basis
- Coordinate and submit supplier payments for management approval
- Ensure weekly and monthly bank statement reconciliations are completed
- Prepare and review cash flow reports
- Review supplier contracts and purchase orders
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, manage WPS transfers, distribute cash payments, and prepare payslips
- Complete monthly closing of financial books and records
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations
- Generate and review monthly financial reports
- Implement and maintain the QuickBooks accounting system
- Maintain day to day accounting records in QuickBooks
Requirements
- Highly skilled and experienced Accountant
- Tagalog speakers only
- Experience with QuickBooks accounting system
- Ability to manage payroll processing and WPS transfers
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation

Job Description
- Urgently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accountant. (TAGALOG SPEAKERS ONLY)
Responsibilities
- Review and process supplier invoices for payment approval.
- Reconcile supplier statements on a monthly basis and prior to initiating payments.
- Coordinate and submit supplier payments for management approval.
- Ensure weekly and monthly bank statement reconciliations are completed.
- Prepare and review cash flow reports on an annual, monthly, weekly, and daily basis for management review.
- Review supplier contracts and purchase orders, providing feedback to authorized signatories before committing the company to third party agreements.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, manage WPS transfers, distribute cash payments, and prepare payslips.
- Complete monthly closing of financial books and records.
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
- Generate and review monthly financial reports, including Actual vs. Budget Profit & Loss Report, Balance Sheet, Monthly Cash Flow Report, Cost Analysis Report, Daily Sales Analysis Report.
- Implement and maintain the QuickBooks accounting system.
- Maintain day to day accounting records in QuickBooks.
