- Process and record invoices, manage vendor payments, issue customer invoices, and track incoming payments
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliations for bank statements, credit cards, and general ledgers to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Post and process journal entries to keep accurate track of all business transactions
- Assist senior staff in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and monthly/yearly close processes
- Gather and input payroll expenses, verify timesheets, and review expense reports
