We’re hiring an Accountant to own day-to-day General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable Operations at Atomic. You will manage the full vendor invoice lifecycle, process customer invoicing and collections, and ensure accurate, timely transaction flow through our accounting systems. Additionally, you will own journal entry preparation and account reconciliations, and assist with financial reporting and related disclosures. You’ll work closely with the Accounting Manager and the broader Finance team to build the transactional backbone of a complex, AI-driven manufacturing business. This is a high-impact role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and excited to help establish the processes that will scale with the company.
