Accountant

Project Costing & Profitability: Monitor and analyze individual project budgets, tracking material procurement, sub-contractor costs, and variation orders to compute accurate project margins.

Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee vendor payments, reconcile sub-contractor Statement of Accounts (SOA), issue progress billings to clients, and manage aging receivables.

WIP & Inventory Management: Maintain and update Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports and reconcile them with site milestones and material utilization.

UAE Tax Compliance: Prepare, review, and file accurate quarterly UAE VAT returns and maintain financial records compliant with UAE Corporate Tax regulations.

Payroll & Daily Operations: Process monthly company payroll via the Wages Protection System (WPS) and manage petty cash disbursements for active project sites.

Financial Reporting: Maintain the general ledger, conduct bank reconciliations, and assist in preparing monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and cash flow forecasts.

• **UAE Experience:**Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience within the UAE.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Software Skills: Strong knowledge and proficiency in standard accounting tools

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
