Role Overview
A growing real estate management company in Sharjah is seeking a full-time Accountant.
The company manages residential and commercial properties.
The successful candidate is expected to join immediately.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting for residential and commercial properties.
- Handle rent collection, owner statements, and service charges.
- Complete VAT filing and bank reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements and owner reports.
- Follow up with tenants and maintenance expenses.
- Work with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, and Excel.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as an Accountant.
- Good knowledge of UAE VAT and owner statement reporting.
- Currently located in the UAE and able to join immediately.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Compensation
- Pay starts from AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
