Role Overview
The Accountant role supports finance controls and contributes across the accounting function for assigned entities.
The position reports directly to the Finance Manager MEA and offers independence across accounting activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage client invoicing, collections, and follow-up on overdue accounts.
- Perform supplier bookkeeping and payments.
- Process employee expenses monthly.
- Complete bank and intercompany reconciliations.
- Support monthly financial closing and reporting.
- Manage full accounting functions for assigned entities and complete finance tasks accurately and on time.
- Apply policies and procedures during monthly close, including reconciliations, bookkeeping, and accruals.
- Coordinate with external auditors on year-end audit requirements and reporting.
- Liaise with external consultants in a timely manner.
- Prepare financial reports for the Finance Manager MEA in the reporting system.
