Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring proper classification and summarization of data.
- Manage financial records related to advertising clients and campaigns.
- Prepare, review, and reconcile invoices, bills, and payments.
- Monitor project budgets and track campaign expenses.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
- Support budget planning and cost estimation for campaigns.
- Coordinate with client servicing, media, and creative teams.
- Prepare monthly financial and profitability reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and tax regulations.
- Assist during audits by providing required financial documentation.
- Maintain accurate accounting-system data entry and perform general ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements, manage tax filings, and maintain financial controls.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Compensation
- Full-time position paying AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
