Job Summary
Support the company’s day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
Communicate professionally in Chinese with Chinese-speaking clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues.
Use good English communication skills for daily work.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting transactions, journal entries, and financial records.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and related financial documents.
- Perform bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on customer payments.
- Communicate and coordinate with Chinese-speaking clients, suppliers, and business partners.
- Handle financial-related communication, documents, emails, and business information in Chinese.
- Assist with monthly and annual closing activities.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and accounting schedules.
- Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and documentation.
- Assist with internal and external audits when required.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
- Solid accounting knowledge and experience in accounts.
- Fluency in Chinese for professional workplace communication.
- Good English communication skills for daily work.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or other ERP and accounting systems.
- Experience dealing with Chinese clients or suppliers is highly preferred.
- Experience handling Chinese financial or accounting documents is an advantage.
- ACCA, CPA, CMA, or an equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
- Experience with VAT and local accounting requirements is a plus.
Additional Duties
Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by management.
