Role overview
Perform outside sales of Red Bull product inventory while driving an assigned route of accounts.
Increase product sales and display placement at large and small format off-premise stores.
Service customers safely and productively according to Red Bull executional standards.
Management and sales
- Manage products and relationships with customer contacts at assigned Red Bull Distribution Company accounts.
- Determine product needs, increase sales, maintain equipment, and perform outside sales functions.
- Upsell inventory, cooler space, and product displays.
Execution
- Evaluate competitor launches and price reductions.
- Meet monthly goals across sales, distribution, pricing, displays, new account setup, and merchandising.
- Rotate products for freshness, follow brand-flow standards, and improve in-store branding.
- Increase product inventory and diversity at assigned accounts.
Building success
- Collaborate across the organization and share best practices.
