About The Role & Team

  • The Account representative is accountable for helping to drive the profitable growth by identifying, pursuing and closing business opportunities.
  • They are the owner of the customer relationship, by becoming the trusted advisor and working with account team members.

What You Will Do

  • Drive all sales activities as per short and long term objectives; formulate strategic direction for the growth of the account.
  • Manage multiple accounts in Saudi Arabia and be in control of all account management related matters.
  • Develop and implement a documented business plan that is in line with short and long term goals.
  • Manage and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Gain deep understanding of the customer's business needs and use this to identify opportunities and plan for the continued development of SITA's business.
  • Representing SITA in industry events.
  • Build sales pipeline for future growth with close collaboration with Business Development; ensure sales forecasts are accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate and work with a virtual team of individuals in Business Development, Solution Design, Commercial Management, Bid Management, Pricing Management functions, etc., effectively delegate and allocate work, develop team and achieve highest alignment, morale and engagement; coach individuals to
  • Support cash collection related activities by taking the lead or resolving commercial issues that may cause non payment.

Qualifications

  • 4 7 years' experience in sales function; preferably within Transport Industry or IT sector.
  • Minimum BA or BSc or equivalent business professional experience.
  • Experience in building customer relationships at the decision making levels.
  • Achieved or exceeded sales and revenue growth targets.
  • Managing sales in large and complex deals, including financial structuring, negotiations and closing.
  • Proven successful experience in business development, pipeline management in large turnover environment.
  • Experience in facilitating and driving account development plans.
  • Positive customer service experience.
  • Language skills Arabic & English Fluent.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Experience with KSA travel and transport markets (nice to have).
