Accounts Receivable and Billing
- Lead the end-to-end Accounts Receivable cycle, including Navis N4 Billing, invoicing, credit checks, collections, and outstanding payment resolution.
- Ensure billing accuracy, timely invoicing, effective cash collection, and compliance with company policies and internal controls.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Navis N4 Billing, troubleshoot issues, and support process improvements.
Customers and Stakeholders
- Manage customer relationships and negotiations concerning delayed payments, disputes, and non-payment issues.
- Coordinate with Commercial, Operations, Finance, and GBS teams to resolve billing queries and disputes.
Reporting and Compliance
- Prepare AR performance reports, aging analysis, collection forecasts, and key performance indicators for senior management.
- Develop monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc cash collection forecasts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing while ensuring compliance with accounting standards, controls, policies, and regulations.
Team and Improvement
- Manage, allocate, and monitor the Accounts Receivable team's workload and performance.
- Train the GBS AR team and new joiners and promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate AR and Navis N4 Billing processes, controls, efficiency, and customer experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A bachelor's degree and at least seven years of Accounts Receivable experience are required.
- NAVIS N4 experience is mandatory.
- Experience with accounting software, TOS ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Small-team management experience and knowledge of UAE tax regulations are advantages.
- Candidates need financial analysis skills and the ability to create and present detailed reports with recommendations.
