About the Role
Golden Circle Advertising seeks an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead AR operations, credit management, and collections strategy. The role oversees the complete receivables lifecycle, improves cash flow, and collaborates with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement accounts receivable strategies, policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
- Manage end to end accounts receivable lifecycle including invoicing, billing, collections, cash application, reconciliation, dispute resolution, and reporting
- Lead and mentor accounts receivable specialists, credit controllers, and finance support teams
- Monitor outstanding receivables, aging reports, collection performance, overdue accounts, and cash flow forecasts
- Develop and execute collection strategies to improve payment performance and reduce outstanding balances
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to resolve billing issues and customer disputes
- Establish credit control processes including customer credit assessments, payment terms, risk reviews, and escalation procedures
- Ensure accurate processing of invoices, credit notes, debit notes, payments, adjustments, and account reconciliations
- Manage customer account reviews, balance confirmations, and financial documentation requirements
- Analyze accounts receivable metrics including DSO, collection effectiveness, aging trends, bad debt exposure, and cash conversion performance
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, collection forecasts, and executive summaries for senior leadership
- Support month end and year end closing activities, audits, and financial compliance requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit control, collections, finance operations, or related roles
- At least 2 years of experience managing accounts receivable teams, collection programs, or financial operations preferred
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, credit management, cash application, reconciliation, collections, and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar financial platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, financial reporting tools, and accounting systems
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage customer relationships while maintaining effective credit and collection practices
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently and effectively in remote and hybrid environments
