Account Receivable (AR)

The Account Receivable (AR) role at Learn To Code is a part-time, hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with some flexibility for work from home.

The AR team member will manage accounts receivable activities, including preparing and issuing invoices, monitoring payment status, and maintaining accurate records in financial systems.

Daily tasks include tracking outstanding balances, following up with clients on overdue payments, and coordinating debt collection actions in a professional manner.

The role also involves preparing basic financial reports related to receivables, resolving billing discrepancies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely cash collection.

The person in this position is expected to uphold strong ethical standards, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to process improvements in the finance function.

• Candidates should possess strong Finance and Invoicing skills for managing billing, payment tracking, and financial documentation.
• Candidates should possess solid Debt Collection and Communication skills to follow up on outstanding payments professionally and maintain positive client relationships.
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to review account data, identify discrepancies, and support accurate reporting.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting software, along with attention to detail and good time management.
• Candidates should possess a basic understanding of accounting principles; previous experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role is preferred.
