Rethink is looking for a high-energy Senior Account Manager to manage day-to-day client campaigns, foster a healthy team environment, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Responsibilities
- Manage project execution to ensure processes are followed and projects ship on time and on budget
- Support the team in managing tight deadlines and exceed client expectations
- Review and manage project budgets responsibly
- Support the creative team and cross functional agency teams in delivering holistic marketing plans
- Be an active contributor to a positive, innovative, collaborative work environment
- Ensure all communications reflect Rethink standards and contribute to a positive client experience
Requirements
- 3 years experience in marketing or advertising
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team
- Proactive approach and entrepreneurial spirit

The Opportunity
- With the team, you’ll manage project execution to ensure processes are being followed and the projects ship on time, and on budget

Additional Information
- Office Location: 15 West 5th Avenue, Vancouver, British Columbia
- Salary: CAD 60K CAD 70K / year pending experience
