Overview
- Reporting to a Senior Account Manager, this role is focused on: Supporting day to day client communication, ensuring clear, proactive updates and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Assisting in the delivery of projects across multiple communication disciplines, ensuring that client needs
Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and a high quality client experience.
- Support senior team members in managing day to day client requests, escalating when necessary to ensure client needs are met on time.
- Assist with developing and maintaining client project documentation, including agendas, contact reports, and timelines.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, helping to coordinate resources and resolve any issues that arise during the delivery process.
- Assist in preparing client proposals, cost estimates, and project plans under the guidance of senior team members.
- Help track and report on the performance of client campaigns, ensuring key deliverables are met and performance is documented accurately.
- Support the identification of new opportunities within existing client accounts, providing assistance in developing strategies for account growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure knowledge sharing and best practice across the agency.
