Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building long term relationships
- Understand client objectives and translate them into clear briefs and actionable project plans
- Manage day to day client servicing, ensuring responsiveness and professionalism
- Own end to end management of client projects from kickoff to final delivery
- Coordinate between production, creative, and internal teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Anticipate risks and proactively resolve issues affecting project delivery or client satisfaction
- Monitor account health and performance, flagging risks or opportunities
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, providing regular status updates
- Identify opportunities to strengthen or expand relationships within existing accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience within the production industry (film, advertising, or media production)
- Proven experience in project management and client relationship management
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Strong proficiency in AI tools and platforms
