About the Role
Quadra Group seeks an Account Manager for the Pulp and Paper division to manage a territory spanning Western Canada and the Northwestern United States. You will build long-term client relationships, expand accounts, and drive new business in chemical applications.

Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by promoting Quadra’s product portfolio to new and existing customers through visits, calls, and networking events
- Proactively identify and develop customer accounts through prospecting, research, and market analysis
- Build and maintain strong, long term customer relationships aligned with Quadra’s values and strategic objectives
- Enhance customer experience by identifying key stakeholders and delivering tailored solutions
- Achieve or exceed annual sales and margin targets while contributing to sales forecasting and financial planning
- Secure new business opportunities, maintain existing sales volumes, and manage contract negotiations and renewals
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to support data driven sales strategies
- Ensure all sales documentation and reporting are completed accurately and submitted on time
- Collaborate cross functionally with product managers, marketing teams, and other internal stakeholders
- Represent Quadra at key industry conferences and events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Science, or Chemical Engineering is considered a strong asset
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development and prospecting within the Pulp and Paper sector
- At least 5 years of proven experience in the pulp and paper industry, with working knowledge of the manufacturing environment
- Solid understanding of pulp and paper manufacturing processes, equipment, industry trends, challenges, and regulatory standards
- Demonstrated strength in negotiation, delivering compelling presentations, and communicating technical and value based propositions
- Highly self motivated with strong sense of initiative and autonomy
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to identify and address customer needs
- Strong organizational and planning abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce)
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% across Canada and the United States, including overnight travel
- Valid driver’s license and passport required

Compensation
- The annual base pay range for this position is reasonably expected to be CAD 73,400.00 to CAD 114,700.00.
- This role will also be eligible for a generous incentive program and benefits.
