Impact and Responsibilities

• Manage a defined private client portfolio and support retention and long-term satisfaction.
• Lead renewal strategy through account analysis, coverage recommendations, remarketing, and underwriting partnerships.
• Lead stakeholder meetings in person, on camera, and through virtual platforms.
• Provide prompt service, resolve inquiries, and maintain high-touch turnaround standards.
• Identify enhanced protection opportunities and collaborate with Account Executives on upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain expertise in high-net-worth products, carrier appetites, and emerging trends.
• Ensure client interactions demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and world-class service.
