About the Role
Kedoo Entertainment is seeking an Account Manager to build and manage FreshTunes' B2B partner portfolio across the MENA region, including DSPs and independent labels. The role involves negotiating agreements, driving promotional campaigns, and managing commercial terms to grow revenue.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with regional DSPs: Spotify MENA, Apple Music ME, YouTube Music, Deezer, Anghami, and local platforms
- Negotiate and execute agreements with independent labels and sub distributors across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, Levant, and Maghreb
- Drive promotional campaigns and playlist pitching together with DSP partners
- Manage commercial terms: revenue share, minimum guarantees (MGs), exclusivity arrangements
- Monitor SLA compliance, payout reconciliation, and catalogue movement reporting
- Represent FreshTunes at key regional industry events: XP Music Futures (Riyadh), MMW, MENA Music Conference
- Collaborate cross functionally with marketing, BD, product, and finance teams at FreshTunes
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in digital music distribution, label, DSP, or artist services company
- Proven track record working with DSPs and/or labels in the MENA region
- English — fluent, business level for working with international DSP headquarters
- Solid understanding of MENA music industry mechanics and market: metadata, ISRC, royalty splits, regional regulation
- Working proficiency in Office software Excel / Google Sheets, Word / Google docs, PowerPoint / Google slides
- Existing network of contacts at Spotify MENA, Apple Music ME, YouTube, Anghami, TikTok, Meta (nice to have)
- Experience launching new markets or products in the region (nice to have)
- Knowledge of French for working with the francophone Maghreb (nice to have)
- Background at peer companies: DistroKid, TuneCore, Believe, ONErpm, Empire, Qanawat (nice to have)
- UAE residency or readiness to relocate with company support (nice to have)

Role Mission
- Build and manage FreshTunes' B2B partner portfolio across the MENA region, including digital service providers (DSPs) and independent labels / sub distributors.
- The goal is to grow the number of partners onboarded, the volume of catalogue under management, and overall revenue generated in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with regional DSPs: Spotify MENA, Apple Music ME, YouTube Music, Deezer, Anghami, and local platforms (Mawdoo3, Yalla Music, etc.).
- Negotiate and execute agreements with independent labels and sub distributors across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, Levant, and Maghreb.
- Drive promotional campaigns and playlist pitching together with DSP partners.
- Manage commercial terms: revenue share, minimum guarantees (MGs), exclusivity arrangements.
- Monitor SLA compliance, payout reconciliation, and catalogue movement reporting.

- Experience launching new markets or products in the region.

- UAE residency or readiness to relocate with company support.
KPIs (variable compensation)
- Net revenue from MENA partner portfolio.
- Number of new labels / sub distributors onboarded per quarter.
- Catalogue growth: tracks and releases on platforms.
- Key partner retention rate (year over year).
- Editorial playlist placements delivered against plan.
