Responsibilities

- Navigate complex B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer success and account growth
- Travel across the Middle East and Africa as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a Medical, Healthcare, Life Sciences field, or equivalent industry experience
- Proven success in new business development and achieving sales targets
- Experience in consultative B2B sales and managing complex sales cycles
- Healthcare, medical technology, medical devices, SaaS, or scientific information solutions experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel across the Middle East and Africa

About the Role
- As an Account Manager you will drive new business and renewals across hospitals, healthcare institutions, medical schools, and universities in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and East Africa.
- You will promote Elsevier's healthcare solutions portfolio, including ClinicalKey, ClinicalKey AI, Complete Anatomy, and Osmosis, while building strong customer relationships and expanding market presence.
