Role Overview
Own the owner experience throughout the leasing process from start to finish.
Manage a client book through proactive communication, deadline control, follow-up, and accountability.
What You Will Do
- Act as the owner's main point of contact and deliver a high-touch client experience.
- Drive workflow execution, confirm readiness, gather missing information, coordinate next steps, and prevent delays.
- Provide proactive updates on progress and next steps.
- Manage time-sensitive items with urgency and strong communication.
- Collect and track documentation according to company process.
- Maintain clean CRM records, including notes, tasks, follow-ups, and stage movement.
- Escalate issues early and protect client satisfaction through sound judgment.
Must-Have Requirements
- 3–5+ years of account management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple clients or files with consistent follow-up.
- Strong communication skills and confidence handling client issues.
- High process discipline and comfort with structured CRM workflows.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritize quickly in a high-volume environment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Leasing, property management, or real estate operations experience.
- Experience in high-volume, SLA-driven service environments.
- Comfort using AI tools to improve documentation, reporting, and internal efficiency.
Remote Technology Requirements
- Dual-monitor setup is required.
- Computer with at least 16GB RAM is required.
- Reliable internet speed of 100+ Mbps is required.
- Webcam and noise-cancelling headset are required.
Compensation
- Performance-based compensation offers approximately CAD 45,000–50,000+ annually based on performance.
