Role Description
This is a full-time, Account Manager position located in Jeddah.
The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency, managing client accounts and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include developing and nurturing client relationships, overseeing marketing campaigns, creating and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
This role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure project deliverables align with client expectations.
Qualifications
- Account management, client relationship building, and customer service skills
- Experience in marketing strategy development, campaign execution, and project management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in marketing tools, presentations, and reporting
- Ability to work on-site in Jiddah and a flexible approach to team collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in a marketing or advertising agency is a plus
- Fluency in Arabic and English is highly desirable
