Role Description

  • The Account Manager is a full time, on site role based in Jeddah, responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring successful delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • This role oversees day to day communication with clients, understands their business objectives, and translates them into clear briefs for internal teams.
  • The Account Manager coordinates project timelines, tracks campaign performance, prepares reports, and ensures that deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Responsibilities include collaborating with creative, digital, and branding teams, identifying opportunities for account growth, and proactively resolving issues.
  • The role also involves participating in strategy discussions, supporting new business pitches, and maintaining thorough documentation of all client activities.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated account management and client service skills, including relationship building, expectation management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience with marketing and branding concepts, such as campaign coordination, social media initiatives, and integrated marketing programs.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, including multitasking, prioritization, and deadline management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to analyze basic campaign metrics and prepare clear performance summaries and recommendations.
  • Comfort working on site in a collaborative team environment and engaging with clients in person.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in an agency setting or with sports related or personal branding projects is a plus.
  • High level of professionalism, adaptability, and commitment to inclusive, non discriminatory client interactions.
